COALA festival started in 2014 in São Paulo to provide a stage for emerging artists from the new Brazilian music scene. It has become one of Brazil’s most prominent festivals.
This year, COALA is taking place in Europe and will focus on Portuguese-speaking music from Brazil, Portugal, and Africa. Gilberto Gil, Baiana System, Mayra Andrade, and Carminho are the first confirmed artists.
