LX Factory in Lisbon has an exciting history. It was initially a textile manufacturing complex called Companhia de Fiação e Tecidos Lisbonense.

The factory was established in 1846 and played a significant role in the industrialization of Lisbon. Yet, by the late 20th century, the factory had become obsolete, and the complex was abandoned.
